The collection target is wide, but there is a hand cost, so the hand does not increase like Salve.
This can be said for recovery effects in general, but there is a risk of spoilage in the early game, and at the moment, excluding seafood itself is not a strong deck...
It looks like it has a future. I think the current situation is stronger than the habit.

You can salvage from the exclusion zone, but you can't earn any extras due to the hand cost. Cards that can be salvaged are also limited to Fish, Sea Serpent, and Aqua monsters, and even if the gimmick of exclusion is involved, an accident will be called, but this card will also become an accident agent. It's not that you can't use it at all, but honestly it's tough even without a hand cost.

Unlike Salvage, it does not increase your hand, but it salvages excluded monsters instead of GY.
It goes well with [excluded seafood] and [frog], which are centered on exclusion.

It will be used as a pure recovery card.
Note that it is not WATER. After all, exclusion seafood is the main battlefield.
